WHY DROP-IN CLASSES?
There is no fee to register. You can pay by the class or purchase a discount class card for multiple classes. These classes are not seasonal and do not participate in the recital. They range in level from beginner to professional and are taught by our high energy faculty. Whether looking to advance your technique, or just have fun while getting and staying fit, we have a class for you!

| Stretch & Condition I & II |
|
| Increasing your flexibility and strength greatly improves your overall fitness, reducing your risk of injury and helping you to maintain a full range of movement, increasing your ease in performing everyday activities. This class is designed for the beginner and will work with you to the best of your ability. Don’t let it stop you if you’ve never had a stretch class before! |

| Advanced Tap Fundamentals |
|
| A tap class for the intermediate-advanced tap dancer. A basic understanding of tap terminology is required. We will work on basic skills needed for advanced footwork and strong sounds. Technique is a main focus with combinations emphasizing clear sounds. |

| No partner necessary! Come join us for an exciting hour of Salsa lessons taught by expert Audi Lopez. |

| Beginning Ballet |
|
| The foundation of all dance forms necessary for the technical development of a dancer, ballet is most beneficial towards developing correct body posture, poise, balance and physical control. Students are exposed to both classical and contemporary forms. No previous dance experience needed. |

| Intermediate/Advanced Ballet |
|
| A more advanced ballet class for those with experience. Improve your posture, stamina, and strength through barre exercises and center work. Gret for staying in shape or working on improving your technique. |

| Tap Basics |
|
| Both fun and exciting work for students of all ages. Tap is unsurpassed for developing a sense of rhythm, timing and self-expression. |

| Beginning/Intermediate Jazz |
|
| Jazz is based on ballet and lyrical modern techniques and is excellent for developing body control and for strengthening and limbering all muscles. Class includes body conditioning exercises, jazz technique, combinations, routines and the latest dance steps. For the Beginner & Intermediate dancer. |

| Beginning/Intermediate Modern |
|
| A more relaxed and free style of dancing than ballet, modern dance has a more weighted style, focusing on skills such as contracting & releasing, and fall & recovery. |

| Intermediate/Advanced Jazz |
|
| A more advanced Jazz class for those with experience. A stronger focus is placed on fine-tuning technique and assimilation skills. Developing dynamics in movement quality becomes a focus as well. |

| Yoga & Pilates |
|
| This class will features Yoga and Pilates with a splash of Tai Chi, all set to great music that will lift you up and then bring you into a relaxed, restful state at the end. Suzanne leads by example, actually participating in the workout with you. It is a flowing format with smooth transitions and plenty of options, so it is great for all fitness levels, even if you have never done yoga before. There is no equipment needed for this class other than a yoga mat or a towel. Most will participate barefoot, but if you prefer socks you may want to purchase a pair with no-slide soles. |
